Dear Federal Communications Commission, FOIA person,

Under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, I am requesting a copy of the names, job titles and salaries of the Washington State, Federal Communications Commission employees.

I have a website (http://lbloom.net), that lists the names, job titles, and salaries of all Washington State employees and I would like to add the names, job titles, and salaries of Washington State federal government employees.

Many government agencies were able to e-mail me their salaries, job titles, and employees list in a microsoft excel format, or send me a cd-rom in excel format.

If you are able to e-mail me or send a cd-rom list of the Washington State, Federal Communications Commission employees, job titles, and salaries, that would be easy for both of us. My e-mail address is manaco@whidbey.net

Please supply the records without informing me of the cost if the fees do not exceed $30.00 which I agree to pay.

If you deny all or any part of this request, please cite each specific exemption you think justify your withholding of information. Notify me of appeal procedures available under the law.
